Get Involved

Whether you’re seeking support, want to volunteer, or are interested in partnering with us—we would love to hear from you. Together, we can nurture a healthier, more connected future for everyone.

“We just wanted to express my biggest thanks for everything you have done for I over the past few years. We are so proud of the progress she has made and continually pinch ourselves to appreciate fully that she is: A. still around. B. healthy. C. closer than she has been to all of us in the family. You really have brought I back from a very dark place, and she is now better able to navigate life and to enjoy the freedom to live in her unique way. A thank you is never going to be enough, but here it is anyway, we both thank you from the depths of our hearts."
